Mindful Abstract Painting
Date: Saturday 6th December | 9:00am - 4:30pm
With Artist: Jordan Harcourt-Hughes
This one-day workshop invites participants to slow down, tune in and create from a place of curiosity and calm. Through a blend of intuitive painting and mindfulness practices, participants will explore playful experimentation with colour, shape and texture, without worrying about rules or technique.
