Refund policy

Casual Art Classes at The Learning Connexion are open to anyone aged 16 and above. Your enrolment is confirmed only upon successful payment processing.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel, email us info@casualartclasses.co.nz at least 14 clear days before your workshop or term class series begins. You'll receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $20 for Weekend Workshops and Evening Classes via the same payment method (e.g., credit card or Afterpay) if you cancel within this timeframe. 

Unfortunately, refunds aren't available for cancellations with less than 14 days' notice, nor for missed classes.

Please Note:

Sometimes, classes are canceled due to low enrolment. If this occurs, we'll contact you to offer a full refund or credit for another class. If a public holiday falls during the term and coincides with your evening or day class, the class on the public holiday will not take place. However, the course will still run for a total of 7 weeks, with the final class being held a week later to account for the holiday
