Lisa Sinclair
With a background in wildlife conservation, my love for creativity and nature led me to stained glass art. After a career in science, I pursued a Diploma in Creativity (Excellence, 2022) and transitioned to a full-time art career. Specialising in jewellery and stained glass, my work reflects themes of wildlife, colour, and environmental awareness. I now teach silversmithing and stained glass, sharing my passion with students.
My art has been exhibited throughout Wellington and is held in private collections across Australasia, often sparking reflection on what we overlook or take for granted in our environment.
Stained glass is like capturing sunlight in a frame — it reflects the beauty of the world around us while allowing our creativity to shine through.
