Tutor Bio: Jacky Pearson

Jacky Pearson is a celebrated professional artist, known for her expertise in watercolours. With numerous awards and international recognition, she brings a wealth of experience and passion to her teaching.

Jacky’s work features in public and private collections worldwide, and she has been showcased in various art publications and TV programmes. Her teaching method combines step-by-step demonstrations with plenty of hands-on painting time, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

What Will The Day Look Like?

Morning: Being guided through the ‘drawing up’ process

Afternoon: Painting basic heads with particular focus on accurate facial feature placement, along with guiding through watercolour techniques

What do I need to bring?
Please bring a sketchpad, some B2 & B4 pencils.
All other materials are supplied by tutor.

Unfortunately, refunds aren't available for cancellations with less than 14 days' notice, nor for missed classes within a series.

This class will be held on campus at The Learning Connexion located at 182 Eastern Hutt Road, Lower Hutt. Specific details of where on campus your class will be held will be sent to you the week prior to the commencement of your class
