Creativity isn’t just about making art - it can also be a pathway back to ourselves. This 7-week evening course is designed for people who want to reconnect with their inner world through gentle, intuitive creative practice in a relaxed, supportive environment.

This course offers a gentle and supportive space to use creativity as a pathway toward inner clarity and reconnection. Over seven weeks, we’ll explore how artmaking can become a form of self-discovery. You’ll begin with mindful mandalas as a grounding practice, then move into soft storytelling exercises and personal reflection.

These experiences build toward the creation of a soul portrait - a visual expression of your inner landscape and who you are becoming. Along the way, you’ll also develop a personal creative manifesto, a quiet compass you can return to whenever you need direction or clarity.

The course is suitable for anyone seeking renewal, transition, grounding, or a deeper reconnection with their inner voice. No art experience is required - each step is guided and spacious, allowing you to move at a pace that feels safe, supported, and nourishing. If you’re looking for an uplifting, mindful, and restorative space to explore creativity as a form of wellbeing and self-expression, this course offers a meaningful place to begin.
